Rotary and RedNoseDay #GoNosetoNose

Red Nose Day is a light-hearted fundraising campaign about a serious topic: ending child poverty. The money raised by Red Nose Day has benefited programs for children and young people around the world. End Polio Now is a proud grantee partner of Red Nose Day and we are grateful to be partnering with them for the second year in a row. This year we kicked off our celebrations early by co-hosting an event during World Immunization Week. Through a series of Field Day activities and an expert panel discussion, attendees and special guests learned about the importance of polio eradication, challenges ahead, and different ways to get involved.

Fredricka Whitfield moderated our expert panel discussion. From left to right: Dr. Carol Pandak (Rotary International), Dr. Orin Levine (Gates Foundation), and Janet Scardino (Red Nose Day USA)

Tune in to the Red Nose Day broadcast on NBC on 24 May at 8 ET for a night of TV – a 3-hour primetime show celebrating Red Nose Day.
